Elizabeth Jane Hurley (born Elizabeth Jane Hurley) is an English model, actor and former Hugh Grant girlfriend. She was famous by the late 1990s. The time that Grant became the focus of media attention because of his global box-office success in Four Weddings and a Funeral, Hurley accompanied Grant in the black plunged Versace dress that was secured with silver safety pins. The actress gained immediate fame in the media. Her most memorable professional career has been her association with the cosmetics company Estee Lauder. Hurley began her modeling contract with the company at the age of 29 years old. Since then, the company has utilized Hurley as a product model specifically for perfumes such as Sensuous Intuitions as well as Pleasures. Her most well-known work is her character, Vanessa Kensington, in the famous spy film International Man of Mystery (2007) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (2000). Hurley has been modeling and designing the brand's beachwear line. The title song was a fun and playful song that attracted minimal attention. Perry made more of a splash several months later with the single "I kissed a Girl an assertive ode to sexual curiosity backed by a sharp electro-pop beat. The song caused controversy with some critics accusing that it promoted homosexual relationships, and some claiming that the sexually explicit scene was created to cater to sexual fantasies of males. I Kissed a Girl became an international number-one single because of its mix of excitement and an elegant melodic tune. It also helped her sell more albums, such as the album One of the Boys. Hot N Cold is a well-known second track. Perry also wrote a lot of the lyrics for the album.
